Excellent, Above and Beyond Service from Swara Singh. We had an issue with our service using FireTV and after 5 calls - Swara took it on herself being on the call ( including her calling back and following up) for about an hour to get the issue resolved end to end. I appreciate her for patience and professionalism in getting the issue resolved.
